Add an origami command to configure ssl for local domain #395

Since v1.10, custom domains were dropped: https://github.com/origamiphp/source/pull/390 in the install process.

It's possible to add a command (to be triggered manually), to add a domain and its mkcerts config (like before v1.10)?
