Remove .postbox-container from bootstrap.css #33

In a custom theme I used CMB2-Grid, and I find it great, so first of all thanks a lot to you and to all the people who contributed to it. I had an issue with the layout and box-sizing though when using it in a theme option-page powered by CMB2, and the same happens when in a taxonomy edit screen, or user's also. Removing .postbox-container from bootstrap.css fixed it, as it applies also to metaboxes in edit screens which are not post-edit screen. Sorry for my bad english... :smile:

I tested with the example-functions.php (latest CMB2 and WP 4.6) and it does not give me anything wrong. Keep up with this useful plugin!!
