Spaces in path to key file causing problems when navigated to with IO File Manager #163

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open KeepassDroid
2.Navigate to a Key File which either has a space in the file name or folder 
path
3.Click Ok

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Path to file appears in text field
Observed Behavior: Path to file appears in text field but all spaces replaced 
represented as %20

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Keepassdroid 1.9.1, Android 2.3

Please provide any additional information below.

Files open fine if all instances of %20 are replaced with a space
