"Failed to output the header" error #182

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create Database
2. Enter password & confirm password - click ok
3.Receive message "Failed to ouput the header"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

For it the creast the database w/ the password entered
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Keepassdroud
Please provide any additional information below.
I'm trying to create a new database as the previous one set up I don't remember 
the password

I got this error too when I tried to update some records. Please fix it.

I got this as well when trying to update records.
Also when i get the error it replaces the password field with spaces. So I now 
just have 8 spaces as a password.

Try to check free space, I had same issue until deleted about 20-40 Mb of files.

This is most likely a free space issue. Please let me know if you still get 
this issue when you have sufficient free space.

I have the same problem using KeePassDroid 1.9.9 and Android 4.0.3.
121MB free for the app to use, any idea how much KeePassDroid need to run 
correctly?
