keyboard language can't be set #194

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. on startup KPD ask for a keyboard language. It cant be set to another 
language afterwards

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
keepassdroid last version

Mistake with the phone. Issue is solved. Keepassdroid had nothing to do with 
it. Sorry.
