Unsupported #197

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Creating database on phone
2. Creating database on computer
3. Syncing to dropbox and trying to open the database

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"Unsupported Database Version"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android phone (HTC Incredible) version - 1.9.2
Windows XP version - 1.20

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm trying to sync the database using DropBox
