Notification when the database has changed #206

I use KeePass v1.x, KeePassX and KeePassDroid via a DropBox folder.
It happens that one instance is open and the database is loaded while the 
database is changed by another instance on a different device.
In this case a merge of the database with the in-memory version should be done.
A small step into this direction would be notify the user that the database 
file has changed and should be reloaded. The user can then manually close and 
re-open the database.
