Database Password #209

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.install app
2.begin setup "open default database"
3.hit cancel during create password

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
cancel with ability to start over. Instead it "creates" a password and I cannot 
access the database

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.9.3.1 on Droid Incredible 2

Please provide any additional information below.
Have tried uninstall and reinstall. Tried settings/apps/manage/clear data. 
Neither provide an option to set up initial password.

Enter a new filename, and press create.
