Can not be properly uninstalled #215

After I have uninstalled KeePassDroid, Market still informs me that there is 
updates to KeePassDroid.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. uninstalled, reinstalled 5 times.
2. rebooted my (non-rooted) Desire HD 5 times.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I do not want KeePassDroid showing up on my apps list for any reason when I 
have uninstalled the app. The prompt for an update still shows up even after a 
reboot.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version on Android 2.3.3 - Desire HD
