Can't create or delete database entry in Droid 2 Froyo #227

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter database with master password and key file
2. Click on Menu soft key, only seeing "Donate | Lock Database | Search | 
Settings | DB Sort Order" as options
3. No direct or indirect creation option for new username/password pairing for 
tool

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to be able to enter new usernames and passwords within Android tool 
and/or to remove existing entries in the database.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V. 1.9.5 on Droid 2 Froyo

Please provide any additional information below.
Usefulness of app is substantially diminished without ability to create or 
remove entries. Using in conjunction with KeePass 2.16 for Windows with a brand 
new keypass database created yesterday and brought to phone via Dropbox.
