Unable to modify title or icon of group label on Dinc2 using keepassdroid 1.9.5 #232

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new group
2. Touch and hold display to bring up menu on Root level screen
3. Will not allow editing of group, only Open or Delete.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Dinc2 using keepassdroid 1.9.5

Please provide any additional information below.

I have the same issue on Android 4.0.3
KeePassDroid 1.9.9

KeePassDroid 1.99.7.2 : 
   1. Cannot change icon of Group or Password Entry 
   2. Cannot choose icon when creating new Password Entry 
   3. CAN choose icon when creating new Group

KeePass 2.22 :
   1. Cannot change icon of Group or Password Entry 
   2. CAN choose icon when creating new Password Entry
   3. Cannot choose icon when creating new Group

This is really strange. So I am creating Groups from mobile and Password 
Entries from desktop to be able to choose icons :)

New entry because I couldn't edit above comment:

KeePassDroid 1.99.7.2 :
    4. The system notification click to copy username and password copies one extra leading blank space in the clipboard.

KeePass 2.22 :
    Point no #1 is wrong. Icon can be changed for Group and Password entry.
