Password invalid #241

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I type in the password, which I know is correct (I have it stored 
elsewhere), and I get an "invalid password" message
2. I am not using dropbox or a security file
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I just get the "invalid password or security file" message.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.9.5 on a DroidX running Android 2.3.3 

Please provide any additional information below.
I haven't tried to open KeePass since the last system upgrade.  Could this be 
the problem?

Same Issue with:
KeePassdroid version 1.99
Android version 2.3.5

Any solution yet?

I am having the same issue.  Version 1.9.9 for my Kindle. 
Would like an answer to our question.

Check Your database for non-letters characters. In my password I was using 
polish letters and I received the same message as You.
