Hide User String #244

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open app
2. Open a category
3. Open an entry

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would like the custom strings to have in memory protection like on the desk 
top version so that the custom string may not be viewed easily. You can see the 
output

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.9.5 on HTC Desire, android 2.2.

Please provide any additional information below.
