Fails to install #246

I have a Cruz T301 tablet with Android 2.2.1.  I download from Amazon appstore, 
it downloads, asks if I want to install.  Click install and see the 'marching 
ants' then a screen that states installation failed.  No error code nothing.  I 
can't download from any other app location, no QR code (no camera) and no 
Google apps.  If I could get the .apk maybe then?
