Decode field references #247

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Select a database entry with a field reference.
2.Copy the data field to the clipboard.
3.Paste the clipboard contents into a text field.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Fields with a field reference (REF:U, REF:P, etc.) show the reference 
identifier instead of the target field contents when pasted from the clipboard. 
For example, instead of the user name you get 
"{REF:U@I:a259cbca714d08a2bf1ef75d6e78dcd9}. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
KeepassDroid 1.9.5 on Android 2.3.4.

Please provide any additional information below.
This is actually quite annoying since it renders many of the entries virtually 
useless.

I have the same issue. I end up having to do some guesswork when I stumble 
across reference entries.

I have same issue with version 1.99.4 on Samsung Rugby Smart.  If it is 
possible to possible to have a choice to go to the referenced field or to copy 
the contents, it would be nice to get a pop-up giving those choices.

I have the same problem with version 1.99.8 on a Samsung S4 running Android 
4.2.2 and on an Asus TF700 running Android 4.2.1

I added support to decode field references in version 1.99.11.

I'm using version 2.0 and I don't see a setting for this feature and I'm still 
getting the results posted by the OP. Can you please update this issue with 
details on how to enable this feature?
