Font Size #250

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 and the fonts are very small with no ability to 
change them.  I'm using ver 1.9.5. I see reference to font sizes by other 
posters and a correction referenced but I don't have the ability to change my 
font sizes.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Ver 1.9.5  Oper sys 2.3.4
