Problem with dropbox after last update #253

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Install Dropbox on pc and phone
2.  place keypass file in dropbox on pc
3. open keypass file in keypassdroid and modify
4. Dropbox doesn't consider the file updated, not sure why.  This used to work 
great.

I wasn't sure if the issue was with dropbox or keypass but dropbox is working 
with all my other apps.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After exiting keypassdroid I would expect the file to be updated with a new 
timestamp and dropbox will know to upload.  I can't seem to get dropbox to 
realize that the keypass db has been updated.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.9.5 on Android 2.2 (Driod Incredible Verizon)

Please provide any additional information below.
This used to work fine.  I don't know which updated caused it to start because 
I don't make changes on the phone often.  I just added an entry on my phone and 
it never made it to my pc, then pc update overwrote the phone copy.    For some 
reason when I open the keypass file in dropbox, when I exit keypass after 
making a change the modified time in dropbox of the file is still old it 
doesn't realize the file was updated.  When I re-open the file the change is 
still there so it's working and saving but the file doesn't seem to have it's 
modified time updated.

Dropbox on my phone has never automatically updated files, you have to tell it 
to re-upload the file.

Actually I removed and re-installed drop box and it's working again.

Dropbox on Android does upload automatically when you make changes to a file 
that was downloaded by dropbox.

It is working fine now.   If I make changes on my pc the phone notices it needs 
to download when I try to open the file in dropbox and after I am done if 
changes are made they are automatically uploaded.
