open file manager #256

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click browse to open db file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect es file manager. Get error no oi file manager exists instaed

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
Support of Es says that you have to let other filemanagers than OI browse for 
files.

OI file manager is the only one I know that provides an API to allow other 
applications to use it as a file picker.
