paste from clipboard not working after latest Verizon system update #260

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open keepass item 
2.let password and user copy to clipboard
3.open application, longpress user.
4. paste option no longer appears.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

You need to select the user name and password options from the notification 
drop down before you can paste.
