No button on my droid to add new categories, add new entries, or edit existing entries #263

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the program
2. Enter my master password
3. No "add" buttons on the categories screen
4. Click into a category with some entries (i.e. "general")
5. No "add" or "edit" buttons available, either on the screen or in the menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see an "add" button for categories and password entries, either on 
the category screen or on the screen where the title of each password is 
listed.  Instead I see the categories (and can click into them) and then I see 
titles of password entries listed (and can click into them but no buttons that 
will allow me to add or edit.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm on Android 2.3.5    I'm not sure what version of the program I'm using.  
KeePass Version 1.9.5  

Please provide any additional information below.
