Software crash when you try to search for a file and don't have OI-Filemanager installed #277

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. No OI-FileManager installed.
2. Open KeePassDroid and hit the Folder button to  search for  a file.
3. Result: Crash!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is sad that you are forced to have  OI-File Manager installed while there is 
imo better FileManaging Software out there.

Why don't you just incorperate your own little FileManager into KeePasDroid? 
That wouldn't make  you dependent to third Party software and  people like 
wouldn't have to  install a second FileManafer only for  KeePassDroid.
