Database Deletes Itself from Android Phone... #312

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. N/A - It's a random problem, I do nothing but access the application and the
file is empty.
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

kdb should have all my entries. I see that the data in the kdb file is gone. I
do see the /mnt/sdcard/keeppass/keepass.kdb file that I opened before, but it's
blank.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.9.9, Gingerbread 2.3.5

Please provide any additional information below.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket on ATT network. I noticed that every few
weeks when I go back into my KeepassDroid application, my file is blank. I then
have to upload the file from my computer back to Dropbox and open it again to
download back to my phone.

I'm using Gingerbread 2.3.5 on my phone. Once I download the file from
Dropbox, I then remove the file from their, so that it's not sitting up on
Dropbox.

I haven't had the application that long, maybe 2 months, but the removal of my
database from the phone has happened twice already, it's pretty annoying I must
say.

How can I fix this? Is this a known bug/issue with Android?

You use DropBox to have the file readily available to your phone - but when you
move the file from the drop box folder, how are you moving it? Furthermore,
are you sure that Keepass is opening the file from
/mnt/sdcard/keepass/keepas.kdb? It shows me that as a previous entry when it
does not remember where the file is, but when I click on that *then* it opens
the file in that location. If I just type the filename into filename entry
field, it seems to try to create a new file instead....

When you remove the file from Dropbox, dropbox is deleting the file from your
phone.
