Database cannot be opened #317

What steps will reproduce the problem?
 1. Select the .kdb-file
 2. Type password, use no keyfile
 3. App says "Creating database key"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
With Android 3.2 for X86 the database opened and the whole app functioned well.
Now it reverts to a screen, where one can again give in the password (eternal
loop)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.9.9 on Android 4.03 for X86, on the Wetab

Please provide any additional information below.
X86 doesn't seem to be the problem, as it worked with 3.2

It sounds like it is not finding the database and thus trying to create a new
database. When opening a database, after entering my password, I get "Working:
 Opening database" not creating key.

After upgrading to Android 4.1 I can no longer open my database. I receive the
error in this defect. The database opens OK if I install Android 4.0.4 again.
Using Galaxy Nexus on VZW.
