unable to create new entries #325

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open database
2.tryto find a way to create new entry
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 I expected to find an option to create a new entry. Found no menu or option to do so

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.9.9 on android tablet

Please provide any additional information below.

Is the database from v 1.x.x of KeePass for Windows, or v 2.x.x of KeePass for 
Windows?

Can't write to 2.x.x databases, so can't create new entries in a 2.x.x database.

used db from windows, could only read entries, no buttons addEntry/Group 
displayed.
