Suggestion - please add "open last database on startup" option #94

I believe 99% of KeePass users have a single database file and they don't need 
to choose that single file every time they do launch the program.

Please add the "open last database on startup" option to settings and make it 
checked by default.

I believe you would like to classify this issue as an "Enhancement" rather than 
a "Defect".

FWIW: I think if (when) your suggestion becomes reality it would (will) be a 
valuable improvement for Keepassdroid.

I added the "Use this as my default database checkbox which should serve a 
similar purpose.
