Validate ERN message for ISRC creation #20

We need to validate the ERN_example for registering new ISRCs.

Apart from the ERN specifications we should decide on what DDEX version we want to support, as DDEX versions are not backwards compatible - the latest major version adopted by the industry is 4.3 but there are still significant usage of 3.8.2.

I'm implementing 4.3 right now. Once completed we can see if it works with 3.8.2 directly or if we would need to make any modifications for it. Would that work?
