Unified all the examples #243

change all examples so that they are clojure 1.9 and experiment 0.9.22 (non-snapshot)

tweaks to READMES
update visualization project to newer namespaces
get rid of unneeded make and train.sh in the mnist example (instead put instructions in the README to run lein uberjar and java -jar)
