Fix Travis build badge URL #260

Hello Cortex owners, this simple PR fixes the travis build status badge, could you please have a look ?

Could Cortex provide some kind of update about the project? It appears to have been completely abandoned.

Alas, thinktopic, the company that was maintaining cortex and using it for machine learning, is no longer a going concern.
