Measure - set style in json

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It would be nice if one could set style for measurements in the json file.

Describe the solution you'd like Measurements have a black dashed line by default but black is often hidden when changing the background map to orthophoto or a black map. A colored line is preferred.

Describe alternatives you've considered A colorpicker tool in the control for the user to choose will also work.

Would just the color of the dashed line be enough? (Or is complete control wished for incl. width, dash property?)

My first thought was really just to change the default color. Then I thought it might be a good idea to make it as a setting in the json file. While writing the issue, I realized it would be neat if the user could change the style from a palette, just like the drawing tool.

I'm fine with just another default color.
