Build errors since upgrade to ol 4.1.0 #242

Ol will not build with the origo custom builds.

There seems to be a problem in OL 4.1.0 if not all externs are included in the custom build. In order to succeed with the build we also have to include the externs bingmaps.js and cartodb.js. I will make an Origo build with these externs included. As soon as the there is a patch for this in OL we can remove the externs again.
