GRIN/Thermo element calculated wrong in SP resonators #5

When both n2 parameters are set to 0, GRIN medium must behave the same as simple medium, but it's not the case: изображение

Fixed in https://github.com/orion-project/rezonator2/releases/tag/v2.0.8-beta4 Back propagation matrices are calculated for all elements.
