A better text editor #380

Currently Orion supports 2 texts editors, which both have problems.

We need to find a better text editor! Please comment if you know one that could fit.

Here is a summernote project converted to materialize.

And a meteor package.

I hope you guys don't change from Froala, my company just dished out almost 500 dollars for the license!

I whipped up a quick bundling of MaterialNote (almost a search and replace for summernote to materialnote). the PR #384 is posted, and it seems to work for most things. Seems the select dropdowns, are broken though... trying to figure out why in Admin Edit of a collection that when you click the select dropdown buttons(font, size, etc...), it "saves" the page... i'm guessing a event listener is the culprit. However i'm not familiar enough with orionjs' base code, so not sure where to start looking.
