Pcap parser first draft #4

This is critical to work now. Have a first draft earlier ready, implementing those code snippets into a object oriented Python class.

I started on rewriting the pcap parser to use an object, though I have a fully working parser at the moment in non-object, which for now are used to parse the data to CSV. I have created task #30 for implementing objects, which is lower prioritized and will be conducted in a later stage.
