Restart rig when GPU is lost or hashrate is still low after several miner restart

Hello.

I'm testing ethminer and minerlamp on my rig (actually I'm using Claymore miner) but I'm facing some issues :

sometime I lost a GPU (I'm running 4 GTX 1060 but after a while, ethminer use only 3 GPU and display only 3 hashrate in the log)
sometime hashrates are low but not null. Each GTX give me about 23/24 MH/s

It would be nice to have a setting for :

restarting the miner when hashrate is below a certain value during x seconds. In my case, I would like to restart miner when hashrate is lower than 80 MH/s for more than 60 seconds.
indicate how many GPU are normally used by the miner and restart the computer if miner see less GPU. In my case, I would set up 4 GPU and when miner see only 3 or less GPU, MinerLamp restart the computer.
