padding around Hexagon in HexagonOffsetGrid #1

Is it currently possible to add padding around HexagonOffsetGrid children? I see you put Margins between tiles in HexagonOffsetGrid in Road Map and it's probably referring to that.

If you haven't started on this feature, I would like to contribute. Are you open to contributions via Pull Request?
