Using a normal select html

People have been asking me why some drop downs look different from each other. I would rather use multi-select everywhere but not as easy unless I rewrite all of the fields Select, BelongsTo, etc.

What do you think?

I would also like to have a closer to nova look. I think it will make customizing a lot easier when working with just one component style
