Homebrew Channel is still visible after disabling it with parental controls #321

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Select the Homebrew Channel from the Channel Launcher list.
2.Click on the Red Hand to disable the channel from appearing when the console
is locked with parental controls.
3.When Wiiflow is locked, the Homebrew Channel is still accessible.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Homebrew Channel should not be visible. Yet, the Homebrew Channel can be
accessed and used as if no restrictions were put in place.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Wiiflow r181
Cios 249 rev20b
Priiloader v0.4
Black Wii (4.2U)
HBC 1.0.8

Please provide any additional information below.

First off, excellent work on this loader. Since I am setting up this wii to
become "child proof" I have already successfully managed to disable the Shop
Channel and Photo Channel from appearing using the method I have described.
However, it does not work for the HBC.

The console is set to autoboot into Wiiflow.

go in the gameconfig1.ini and set it manually under [HIDDEN] or [ADULTONLY] to
JODI=true
