Release of WiiFlow Channels #450

hey guys at wiiflow land. Just wondering if you release channels as it kinda 
sucks that everytime you release a new version i have to create another 
channel, not that it bothers me, but not many people know how to do this and i 
believe that forwarders etc are lame.  Just think if you made your own channel 
then you could update the banner within wiiflow, for eg you could make it 
display custom banners that suit the theme, list amount of games, game most 
played, whatever you want... the weather channel does it lol... is the weather 
channel better than wiiflow??? i think you guys know the answer... well look 
forward to your replies...

Unfortunately, we disagree on the forwarder channels thingy. We think they are 
far superior in comparison to full channels. We don't release full channels, 
and we never will. Wiiflow was never designed to be installed as a full channel 
(it requires additional checks for locating files etc.). 

You are either dependent on your own builds, or on other peoples effort here. 
But remember, if issues are found, we will ALWAYS ask you to install wiiflow 
like it was designed: on either SD or HDD.

We strongly advice you to use a forwarder channels. You will have a settings 
file and a wiiflow directory anyway, and updating a dol file on your sd or hdd 
is far easier than reinstalling a channel.
