Ability to have hb app (i.e. emu) together with games #526

Either have a simple way to have an entry/game/box as part of the games to 
launch a hb app (i.e. not in the hb channels section). I'm trying to implement 
this with ISO forwarders, but no luck currently with r417. I believe it was 
possible in previous versions (apparantly then had to block ios reload for the 
iso/game and a specific ios). Make sense?

I would like everything in one place in wiiflow - NAND emu for WiiWare & VC, 
certain hb apps & wii games all in one place.

Just read a similar issue (518) - So please don't slam my request above. If it 
still won't be considered then please point me in the right direction to get 
proper ISO forwarders working, as I understand that the ISO forwarders are the 
issue (incorrectly done). Thanks for the great app, in any case.

I would like to see a unified view as well. It does make things a little easier 
for the younger children that play on the Wii to be able to see all games in a 
single view instead of trying to show them to switch to the NAND to play 
additional games.
