The github release file contains an ADIOS-1.11.0/ directory whereas the pnorbert tar.gz (with configure) contains an adios-1.11.0/ directory. If this could be unified, it would help when integrating an ADIOS build into a larger build framework. I don't mind uppercase or lowercase (personally think that lowercase looks nicer).
