updates for using catalyst with gray scott example #64

@pnorbert I just tested these updated instructions out on a clean install, so this should work for you. Note that I already merged the VTK branch (still waiting on review for the ParaView branch), so those instructions changed a bit from what I emailed you.

FYI there's still some stuff to fix up when using Catalyst Live. One example is running the python script as is will report some errors on each time step. I think it's due to the way I have the extractor set up (the part that saves the images). So I'm working on these other things and improving the script, but these errors shouldn't cause it to crash (it will otherwise work normally).

@pnorbert just updated the readme. I checked on Catalyst and there is a tagged version that is good, so I updated it to that instead of using a commit.

Also it says for me that "First-time contributors need a maintainer to approve running workflows." So I think there's something you'll have to approve before that linux-cmake check will run on this PR.
