This function will be linked to Home | Welcome page and book ratings remain empty (or 0 as default) until the user gives ratings.

currently modelled "visitor" or "guest" to use the system once without recording information.

Currently redirect to "You have not rated any books. Please rate some books so that our AI can recommend you books." since not able to save the ratings yet.

Include demo in database branch for new user.
