Two patches for typegen on master #19

Two necessary fixes to make a typegen generated package build. I'm not sure of the 'include string header always', maybe the bug is in the generation of the to/from CORBA functions itself.. so please review.

FYI, I've merged the typekit/BoostSerialiazation.hpp fix. The other one should be fixed with the rest of #20 (I'm working on that). I am closing this, do feel free to object ;-)
