Removed traces of ROS support directly in RTT #152

Everything related to ROS has been moved to the rtt_ros package in https://github.com/orocos/rtt_ros_integration since version 2.7. The rospack library and header found in FindRoslib.cmake was unused since 66ce02896660f261a7f52644f64c05e0451ffbb9.
