Decrease rate is $1 a day #148

I see that these were made 3 days ago. So it's actually decreasing correctly, which is amazing news. I would like it to be $5 per day not 1. If in fixing this you could easily make it a variable that we can change on the admin page that would be even better.

this is fixed, it is available in admin page.

Yeah this was great, now I think this decrease has somehow been stopped.
