Knowlege Book Item Config File #418

Knowledge Books require custom tags, so create some NBT item files for use in loot tables. There are too many for one file per recipe. Instead:

Create a config file with all the recipes in. Then pick one at random for each time a knowledge book is generated. (Similar to fortune cookies or written books.)

I just need to update the documentation and make changes to the default config files.
