(Suggestion) Add bedrock to walls #432

This way, players can still grab blocks from the walls to make use of, but can't dig to other rooms to get around things too far, or just dig under the dungeon to get to the final loot.

Silk touch tools ignore silverfish-trapped blocks.

This could be accomplished by implementing a new meta material class in materials.py
