Compressed files created with MacOS contain hidden files prefixed with ._ usually in the subdirectory __MAXOSX/ and sometimes one called .DS_Store that contains custom attributes for the directory.
The import process attempts to add these as supporting documents but fails. It would be better if it simply ignored these in the first place.
