User can self assign as a reviewer to submitted proposals of choice (User must be a Reviewer)
User must provide a comment, a score, and a technical feasibility check for the proposal
User may update any of the above until they are happy with the review
Once the user is satisfied they can confirm completion using a button
A "completed" review may not be edited
Submitted proposals are presented as an Accordion, the control header contains the proposal title, who's assigned as a reviewer to that proposal, and a text string outlining the current user's status with regards to the review (not assigned, assigned but not completed, assigned and completed). The Accordion content is the form for submitting the relevant fields. Notice that once a review has been confirmed as "completed" both the "Update" and "Confirm Completion" buttons are replaced by a Badge informing the user that the review is now complete, and the form inputs are disabled.
