Labels don't seem to account for smaller screen widths.
The save button has inconsistent labelling and positioning, sometimes above, sometimes below data entry fields, and sometimes remote from them.
There are cancel buttons that use the same icon as the delete button.
It's not obvious that all relevant fields must be filled before the save button is activated.
Modal data entry forms don't carry context, eg name of proposal or cycle.
